mastermind: Facilitate exclusive small groups to hit personal and professional goals
Most groups do not fail because the people were wrong. They fail because nobody was actually facilitating. That part is a craft, and it can be done properly.

What mastermind will and will not do
Group creation and management is not magic. It is a structure that makes your own commitments audible. But it only works if somebody runs the room, which is the part almost every group skips.
mastermind is not a networking group. Nobody is here to collect contacts, and a room built for referrals is a different product with different rules. It is also not therapy or treatment. If what you are carrying needs a licensed professional, we will say so rather than take the work.
